When you contact us

Our inquiry form collects the information you provide, including your name, email, optional phone and company, project location, services of interest and message. We use these details to respond and manage your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, access codes, payment-card details or sensitive security plans in the form.

Client and project information

The client portal and shared project documents support project administration, estimates, signatures, invoices and payments. Sign-in uses a session cookie. Shared document links may record views to support project communication. Protect these links as you would the documents themselves. Public portfolio publication is controlled separately from client access.

Address suggestions and the admin assistant

Address suggestions use Google Maps. Address queries are sent to Google and a selected address is saved with the relevant project. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Authorized administrators can use our private Telegram assistant to look up records and prepare drafts. Messages, shared contact details, relevant project records and draft previews may be processed by Anthropic. Voice notes are processed by OpenAI for transcription. Our app retains conversation text and transcripts to support follow-up requests; it does not store the audio recording. Telegram also handles messages and recordings through its service. Drafts are saved only after the administrator confirms the preview. Sending documents to customers remains a separate action in the app.

Website measurement

Public marketing pages can use Google Analytics to measure visits and actions such as inquiry submissions and phone-link clicks. Meta Pixel may also be enabled for advertising measurement. Session recording is currently disabled. These third-party marketing integrations are excluded from client portal and shared-document page layouts. Our Google page-view events omit URL query strings and reduce referring URLs to their domain.

These providers may use cookies and process information about your browser, device and visit according to their own policies. See Google, Meta and Microsoft for their privacy information. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools can limit optional measurement.

The installation planner

The planner calculates its checklist in your browser. It does not submit your answers to our inquiry system. Copying the worksheet uses your clipboard; printing uses your browser. You choose whether to share that worksheet with us.

The system builder

The system builder saves your project selections and description in this browser’s local storage so you can return to them. Start over clears the saved project. When you use “Build from my idea,” the description may be processed by OpenAI to suggest catalog selections; contact details are not sent with that request. Please leave out access codes, credentials, and private security plans. Only when you submit your scope do we save it with your contact details for our team to review. We also use short-lived request counters to limit abuse of the builder.

Service providers and your requests

We use service providers to host the website, deliver images, support project administration, send communications and process payments. Information submitted for a project may be handled through those services as needed to provide it.

For questions about information you have provided, or to request a correction or deletion, email Matt@InstallersNY.com. Include enough context for us to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents. Information needed for active projects, transaction records or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
