The art of a connected space
Brilliant together.
Simple by design.
Six specialties. One thoughtful plan. Discover what goes into a space that feels effortless.
Security cameras01
Clarity at every angle.
See what matters, without making your space feel watched. Carefully placed cameras, local recording, and a clear view from wherever you are.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
The right point of view
Camera position and lens choice are planned around what you need to see, with careful attention to neighboring spaces.

- 02
One discreet connection
Power over Ethernet carries power and data in one cable. Concealed routes keep the finish clean and the connection dependable.

- 03
Your footage, recorded locally
A compatible recorder stores the footage on site. Secure remote viewing connects you to that system when you’re away.

What we consider
Coverage with intention
Sightlines, entrances, lighting, and privacy considered together.
Recording on your property
A compatible UniFi console or recorder keeps footage locally.
A clearer way to review
View cameras and find recorded events through UniFi Protect.

Video intercom02
A better welcome. At every door.
A face you recognize. A delivery you were expecting. Bring visitor calls and door release into one considered arrival experience.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
Start at the entrance
An intercom combines a visitor-facing camera, call controls, and audio in a single entrance device.

- 02
Answer where it makes sense
We plan the receiving experience around your residents or staff, including compatible indoor devices and remote answering.

- 03
Connect the final step
The intercom works with the door-access system, so an answered call can become an authorized entry.

What we consider
See before you open
A camera and intercom at the entrance put the visitor in view.
Calls that reach the right person
Receiving devices and call routing configured for your building.
A thoughtful arrival
Door release, resident access, and delivery routines planned together.

Access control03
The right access. For the right people.
Give residents, teams, and visitors a simpler way in. Manage credentials, schedules, and doors as part of a coherent building system.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
An intuitive point of entry
A reader accepts a supported credential at the door. The form of entry is chosen for the people using your building.

- 02
The coordination behind the wall
A door controller connects the reader, door hardware, and access system. Organized wiring keeps it serviceable.

- 03
A considered door assembly
We coordinate the reader and controller with compatible locking hardware and the way the entrance must operate.

What we consider
Credentials that fit the building
Cards, fobs, or supported mobile entry selected around actual use.
Permissions with purpose
Access roles and schedules make changes easier to manage.
Hardware behind the experience
Readers, controllers, and compatible door hardware work together.

Networking & Wi-Fi04
The foundation of effortless.
Everything connected depends on the network. We give it the attention it deserves—from the equipment rack to the rooms you use most.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
The gateway
The gateway connects your property network to the internet and brings routing and network management together.

- 02
The switch
A PoE switch connects wired devices and supplies compatible equipment with power through the Ethernet cable.

- 03
Wi-Fi where you need it
Access points connect wireless devices to the network. Placement and coverage are assessed for the actual building.

What we consider
Designed around your space
Access-point placement responds to the layout, materials, and demand.
A dependable wired foundation
Structured cabling connects cameras, access points, and fixed devices.
Order behind the scenes
Racks, patching, and configuration documented for ongoing care.

Audio & video05
Feel every scene. Hear every detail.
Sound and picture belong in the room, not in the way. Create an immersive cinema, bring music through your home, or make meeting rooms work naturally.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
Picture, placed with purpose
Screen position, seating, ambient light, and viewing distance shape the design from the beginning.

- 02
Sound that belongs in the space
A considered speaker layout brings sound to the right places while respecting the architecture.

- 03
The connections stay discreet
Equipment and cable routes are organized behind the finish, with access for maintenance and future changes.

What we consider
Sound shaped for the room
Speaker placement and room finishes considered as one experience.
Less equipment in view
Thoughtful cabinetry, cable routes, and integrated controls.
Everyday simplicity
Sources, zones, and controls configured around how you actually listen.

Smart home & automation06
Your day. Beautifully in sync.
A familiar touch can change the room. Bring lighting, shades, climate, and entertainment into useful scenes that feel natural from day one.
Three details. One connected system.
- 01
Start with a simple touch
A scene control can coordinate several actions. We prioritize a small set of useful routines over unnecessary complexity.

- 02
Light, at your pace
Lighting and motorized shades can work together to create the right atmosphere throughout the day.

- 03
A room that works together
The control platform and supported equipment are selected as a system, with individual adjustments always considered.

What we consider
Scenes around your routines
Start with the moments that matter: arriving home, unwinding, or leaving.
Controls everyone can use
Intuitive wall controls and compatible app access, thoughtfully configured.
A plan for the whole room
Lighting, shades, comfort, and AV coordinated with your chosen platform.

- 01
Understand the space.
We listen, assess the property, and agree on what the system needs to do.
- 02
Connect the details.
Equipment, cable routes, and everyday controls come together in a clear plan.
- 03
Make it feel effortless.
Careful installation, configuration, and a walkthrough of your finished system.
A few things you might be wondering
Let’s make
things clear.
Can we improve an existing system?
Yes. We start by reviewing the equipment, cabling, and configuration you already have. Then we recommend what to keep, what to improve, and where a coordinated upgrade would help.
Do we need all six services?
Only the systems that make sense for your space. We can plan a single installation or coordinate several services, with a network and cable plan that leaves room for future needs.
Do you only install UniFi?
UniFi is our preferred foundation for networking, cameras, and access. Audio, video, lighting, shades, and automation are selected around the room, the requirements, and the compatibility of the complete system.
What should I share to get started?
